Board Meetings

The February Board Meeting will be on Tuesday, February 7th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
at the Presser Foot (2001 North Main Street, Longmont, CO).

The 2012 Planning Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 15 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm in the Community Meeting Room at Longmont Fire Station #3 (1000 Pace Street, Longmont, CO).

If you'd like to speak at a Board Meeting or just come and participate, we welcome you. Please contact Guild President Von Yetzer at president@longmontquiltguild.org so that she may include
you on the meeting agenda if you would like to speak.
Meeting agendas are created well in advance of Board Meetings, so please give as
much notice as possible.

Advertise in the Longmont Quilt Guild Newsletter

The deadline for submission for the March/April 2012 issue is
Saturday, February 25th, 2012.

If you would like your ad included in that issue, or if you have quilting-related news,
articles or information to submit, you must email it to the Newsletter Chair by that date.

Our membership is growing, and so is our Newsletter! We think our Newsletter is a great way for you to promote your local business to quilters at a reasonable rate. We publish six issues per year (January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October and November/December) and each issue is distributed at those months' guild meetings. We also make great efforts to provide current issues of Newsletters at local quilting/sewing related businesses, especially those that advertise in the Newsletter.

Your ad will also be posted in the Ads section of our website for the length of time you have paid for at no additional cost (for example, if you paid to have your ad in the September/October issue, it will also be posted on our website during September and October, usually within one week after the September/October hard copy issue is distributed at the September guild meeting).
